Uneeda even has the ability to provide laser and optically sorted parts to a 100 % zero defect (1 in 20,000 = 50 duds per million specification) all executed upon customer request.

BUTTON CAP: Similar to a socket head cap screw but with a wider dome shaped head and a lower profile.	SOCKET CAP: An externally threaded fastener with unified threads, a cylindrical head with a flat chamfered top surface, knurled cylindrical sides and a hexagonal recess. Used when the top of the screw head is to be flush with one of the assembly surfaces	SHOULDER BOLT - STRIPPER BOLT: Ground to very close tolerances, with a thick shoulder usually running 80 percent of the shaft length. Does not have a point. The socket head is a recessed head in which the sides of the recess are parallel to the body axis.
HEX KEY: A simple, small and light tool used to drive screws and bolts that have a hexagonal socket in the head. Tool can be used with a headless screw.	FLAT CAP PLAIN: Similar to a socket head cap screw but with an 82 degree countersunk flat head.
